BBQ Plate Fundraiser

On August 17th, The Life Center will be having a BBQ Chicken Plate Fundraiser from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. All proceeds from the fundraiser will provide day services for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and allow their caregiver to receive a break. Come out and show your support, and eat some yummy BBQ chicken!
