Disaster Mitigation: Managing Risk for Small Businesses, Part 1

Owning a business can be very rewarding but it does not come without risk. Being able to mitigate that risk can be a challenge. For many new business owners, knowing which products and services are required and which should be considered as the business grows can also be a challenge. The first part of this series focuses on insurance needs. The importance of insurance services and products for a small business owner may vary depending on the nature of the business, its operations, and the risks it faces.
