Leadership Davidson County (LDC) has been the premier leadership development program in Davidson County for the past 33 years. Marilyn Taylor, with Taylor Training & Development, has lead the program for the past 20 years in Lexington and is widely recognized for her outstanding leadership training programs, credentials, and licensing. She is considered by many in the industry and those trained by her to be one of the best.
The program is designed to assist participants in learning how to effectively use and apply the knowledge they have acquired, not only in their professional lives but also in their personal lives. Enables them to prepare themselves for divergences in the work environment, making them efficient employees, managers, and supervisors.
The yearly curriculum and exceptional results are a hallmark of the program, with over 700 business leaders having completed the program. Participants have greatly benefitted from the knowledge and experiences gained through this program and have undergone personal and professional growth and development. LDC continues to impact people, businesses, and organizations throughout Davidson County.

Registration opens in December and the program runs from February to June.
