Over 7 years ago, The Butcher’s Block opened its doors in Lexington, NC. Since then, they’ve made a name for themselves by selling the highest quality meats; including beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and game meats, as well as a large variety of North Carolina products. They are most well known for their steaks and seafood, and post weekly on their Facebook page about any specials.

When asked about why he chose Lexington to start and grow his business, owner and founder Eric Everhart stated, “Having been born and raised in Lexington, and having over 28 years of retail management, I wanted to bring the highest quality meats and seafood, as well as the best customer service to our great little town”.
