Alive After Five Food Vendor Guidelines and Information

Each year, the Alive After Five Committee reviews and selects vendors from our food vendor list. Chamber membership is not required to participate; however, food trucks and vendors who are members of the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce are given priority consideration.

Please provide a current certification from the NC Department of Health and Human Services. If you are exempt from Davidson County Health Regulations, kindly attach your exemption letter from the Davidson County Health Department. Note that a certificate from Davidson County is not required as long as you have a valid NC certification.
