About The Breeden Insurance Amphitheatre Event Venue

The Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce manages and operates the Breeden Insurance Amphitheatre on behalf of the City of Lexington. Event requests must be made two weeks prior to the requested event date.

The Breeden Insurance Amphitheatre occupies 5 1/2 acres and boasts a 40-foot wide by 30-foot deep stage, with a dividing slide wall that covers 2/3’s of the stage’s depth. The slide wall can provide an opening to extend the middle of the stage. Moreover, the venue boasts a spacious and well-manicured grassy lawn, making it a versatile space that can accommodate various requirements, events, and occasions.

Rental Costs:

Event fees are per day, per event.
* Fees includes stage with electrical, grassy area, mall area, and access to one power pedestal hook-up. Extra power needs will be charged additional fee of $25 per pedestal per day.
* One day includes use of property for setup, event, and clean up.
* Multiple day events are charged per day.
* Fee structure applies to weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) and holidays – Weekday rates are non-negotiable (Monday-Thursday).
* Any event that requires set up prior to the event day, will be given consideration for no charge if property is available.

A Deposit of $250 will be charged to reserve a date and will NOT be refunded. However, this deposit will count towards payment for the event.

The Breeden Insurance Amphitheatre Rules & Regulations:

When applicable, organizers must strictly adhere to CDC and NCDHHS mass gathering guidelines.

The following are prohibited on Breeden Insurance Amphitheatre property:
* Panhandling
* Soliciting
* Weapons
* Illegal Drugs
* Alcoholic beverages (except by permission)
* Glass bottles
* Open flame
* Confetti or Glitter
* Birdseed or Rice
* Smoking or any tobacco products
* Pets (unless service animal)
